Market is Price Driven!

We have had several listings that have been on the market for some time. We felt they were all good opportunities, but we weren't getting any action on them. As soon as we adjusted the price, our phones didn't stop ringing! In fact, our listing at 211 S. Spalding in Beverly Hills sold almost immediately after the price reduction, and the same went for our duplex at 9014 W. 24th in the Beverlywood area.
