More excitement for The Sanborn Team in Probate Court! Our Probate listing at 212 W. 46th did not go to the original buyer but to an overbidder who was willing to pay an additional 5%. The Fiduciary representing the estate was very happy as were we. The Sanborn Team works diligently to get as much as we can for the estates we work with.
