Lots of excitement in the Santa Monica courtroom today! Our property at 1126 Yale Street in Santa Monica went to court for confirmation today. Two very serious over bidders came to court and both wanted the property badly. The auction went on for some time and we at the Sanborn Team were thrilled to have gotten the most for the estate. The property went to one of the overbidders who wasn't the original accepted offer.
