When is a property subject to Probate?

A: Property to which the decedent directly held title at his or her death is subject to a probate proceeding. Properties that are being sold when the person on title is under a conservatorship are also subject to the probate proceeding.

No Overbidders in Probate Court!

Our probate listing at 7438 Leescott in Van Nuys was confirmed in Probate Court this past Friday. There were no overbidders and so it went to the original buyer, who was in court and prepared to overbid themselves if needed.
